  Aromatic, ripe, perfumed, nutty and herbal. The upfront fruit aromas are of black fruit characters of blackberry and mulberry. This is supported by herbal and floral nuances with hints of wood smoke.

• Palate

  Rich, ripe, savoury, juicy and soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of mixed dried fruit and fruits of the forest. The mid palate is savoury and herbal with hints of thyme and tarragon. The back palate is clean and dry with persistent firm tannins.
