Set Menus

Baumé Restaurant requires groups of 10 or more to be on our set menus. We offer 3 different set menus to cater for every groups desires. The shared concept design allows larger groups to have a wide variety of choices.

Our Pizza dough is made in-house and left to prove for three days giving a lighter feel. It is then hand rolled and baked in our Moretti pizza oven to give an authentic flavour. We offer a Chef’s selection of three pizza specials, changing daily to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Tempt your taste buds with our range of Mediterranean style share plate’s that are heavily influenced by Italian and Greek cuisine. The roasted tomato and mozzarella Arancini continues to be one of our most popular entrees, served with a Basil Aioli, they will leave you coming back for more.

Our Executive Chef Adam has sourced the best of local ingredients to craft our lavish selection of main dishes, designed for two or more which are perfectly accompanied by our range of garden fresh side dishes and salads. Our slow braised Italian Lamb Shoulder is our signature dish, served with a generous amount of red wine, garlic and rosemary jus.
